Post Muévete Container

Reintegration back into “real life” can sometimes be a shock to the system. And honestly, in my opinion, somatic sessions are equally effective, if not more effective, online because you’re in your own environment and actually integrating in real time.

So I’m opening a 6-week post-Muévete container for you. We’ll meet 4 times over the 6 weeks, plus have a group chat for continued support so we can stay connected and keep the practices alive together.

Because as much as we all say we’ll keep up with everything once we get home… life happens 😅 and that extra support can make all the difference.

I’m offering this container for $222.
Option to add 2 private sessions with me for $555 total.

For reference, a 6-week container with me is usually $1200.

This will stay open until the 22nd. First session will be that week and we’ll find a time that works best for the group.
