Over the course of the week, you’ll experience the perfect blend of movement, connection, and restoration. We begin together with a welcome dinner on the beach and social dancing to set the tone. Most mornings start with breakfast at Alisei, followed by somatic empowerment sessions designed to open your heart, free your body, and release anything no longer serving you. After a short break, we gather again for dance classes led by Kyla and local instructors, then ease into afternoons of free time—perfect for rest, private lessons, beach hangs, or spa treatments. Midweek, we’ll venture to a hidden waterfall and beach for a day of pure wonder, and later in the week, enjoy a special trip to a hilltop villa boasting the most breathtaking views of the Caribbean you’ve ever seen. Evenings bring us back together for delicious dinners—ranging from home-cooked Dominican food to special culinary experiences—and of course, plenty of social dancing under the stars. The retreat closes with our signature goodbye dinner and celebration, sending you home refreshed, inspired, and deeply connected to both the island and our community.
