Set in beautiful Las Terrenas on the northeastern coast of the Dominican Republic, Muévete is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself through movement, music, nature, and community.
Rooted in the warmth and rhythm of Quisqueya, the shared island home of the Dominican Republic and Haiti, our days flow with embodiment practices, Bachata and Konpa classes with incredible local instructors, ocean air, nourishing meals, meaningful conversations, and nights dancing under the stars.
This is not a performance-based retreat or a packed itinerary designed to leave you exhausted. It is a space to breathe, move, feel, laugh, rest, and come home to yourself again.
With only 20 participants, Muévete stays intentionally intimate. Over the course of the week, strangers somehow become a sweet little community.

Where You’ll Stay
We’ll be staying at Alisei Hotel & Spa, a beautiful beachfront property just steps from the ocean and close to the heart of Las Terrenas.
Your retreat package includes double occupancy accommodations with a private bathroom, shared living space, kitchen, and patio access. Single occupancy upgrades are available.

The Extension Experience
After a full week together, most people realize they’re not quite ready to leave yet.
So we created the extension as a softer landing.
We step away from the structured programming and spend a few extra days simply enjoying the Dominican Republic together through rest, beach time, exploration, and play.
